What is your favorite color?

Green, especially deep, rich greens

Do you have any pets?

Yes! I have 2 mixed-breed rescue dogs.

Stevie (5yo) and Salem (4yo).

What do you love about being a therapist?

I love having the opportunity to connect with and support so many different people.

What is one of your go-to mindfulness practices?

54321. It helps bring me into the present moment and feel more grounded.

What is one of your hobbies or interests?

Reading.

Why do you choose to work at LakeWest DBT Center?

The people! I have the most amazing co-workers and DBT team members. It's truly an honor to be among such savvy, curious, supportive, strong, resilient women.

Anything else you'd like to share? Fun facts?

I've been skiing since before I could walk. I'm a big fan of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks (hence my dog being named Stevie). A few years ago I went skydiving and absolutely loved it. I can't wait to do it again!
