Now Hiring:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Clinician

We are seeking a clinician (LPCC, LISW, Psy.D., or Ph.D.) who is independently licensed in Ohio or Wisconsin to join our team. Unlicensed doctoral-level clinicians are also welcome to apply for a post-doctoral position or to work under supervision while obtaining licensure. DBT training and experience is encouraged, but not mandatory, as the position includes comprehensive training and supervision in DBT.

The position includes facilitating Adolescent DBT Multifamily Skills Groups per the Miller & Rathus (2014) Adolescent Manual, Adult DBT Skills Group per the Linehan Manual (2015), and other DBT-related groups of the clinician’s interest. The clinician will also maintain a caseload of individual DBT clients, participate in DBT Consultation Team, and provide telephone consultation. The position allows for the clinician to maintain a non-DBT caseload to provide other evidence-based treatments in line with the clinician’s specialization and interests. Our team supports and encourages advanced training in DBT specializations including, but not limited to DBT-Prolonged Exposure, DBT- Substance Use Disorders, DBT for Children, and DBT for eating disorders. We offer competitive compensation and contribution to medical benefits. We also offer a 4-day work week, flex-scheduling, and in-person, remote, or hybrid work opportunities.

Our ideal candidate would possess:

  • Introduction to DBT

  • Experience with behavior theory and therapies

  • Autonomy and ambition, balanced with collaboration, vulnerability, and teamwork

  • Willingness to do case conceptualizations several times per year, record therapy sessions for supervision and team review to monitor adherence, and a general openness around receiving support and feedback for cases

To apply, please provide:

  • CV

  • Cover letter detailing your areas of clinical interest and relevant experience providing DBT

  • Contact information for two references
